CRANES WITH BUCKETS FOR CONCRETING WORKS IN SITU IN CUBA

Abstract

The article meets the objective of proposing rational variants of implementation of activities included in the concreting system in situ for construction in Cuba, when cranes with buckets are used as main equipment concrete placement. As one of the investigation results "Technological charts for the on site concreting of the constructions", analyzes the appropriate solutions to different rates of flow of concrete based on the characteristics of the cranes currently in operation in the country. For the development of the investigation it was necessary a thorough job of updating the inventory of existing cranes, summarizing the working parameters of each model that is in operation in Cuba and providing criteria for choosing them rates of flow of concrete and concrete levels. Along with this, the investigation has summarized a set of recommendations for the activities included in the system when concrete placement is done by cranes and buckets, which includes preparation of the concrete mix, concrete truck in transport, reception, delivery and distribution of fresh concrete and your compaction.
