Abstract

The present investigation is entitled "Integrated Management Systems in companies associated with the construction of roads in Villa Clara". In carrying out the same, scientific investigative methods for the collection and processing of information were applied, which allowed verifying the need for a guide for the implementation of Integrated Management Systems in companies associated with the construction of roads in Villa Clara. These aspects gave premises for the elaboration of a Methodology that solves the internal problem of road companies of not having an Integrated Management System or not including a specific Quality, Safety or Environment system. This tool offers a satisfactory response to the international advances of companies associated with the construction of roads, to manage several systems in the same administration, facilitating evaluation processes and audits, ensuring compliance with legal requirements, guiding continuous improvement of companies, among other benefits. The elaborated Methodology analyzes the companies: EMPROY VC and ECOING 25 as a case study and is also submitted to the criteria of specialists, who considered that it allows horizontal unification of the implementation in the companies and that its structure and content respond to the determination of needs by which was made.
